Our DSI satin is slightly different to normal and conventional satin for its give and slight stretch ability, hence the name Stretch Satin. There is just enough stretch to allow fit and flexibility, while avoiding any unwanted bounce when moving. Normally used as top layers or inside Ballroom skirts, our stretch satin is used quite extensively for mans dancewear for its luxurious look, while being ever so comfortable to wear.

The thin and deliberate crooked non - linear stripes on the see through fabric provide a unique twist to any striped fabrics. Fully elastic and 140cm wide.

Thicker, irregular shaped and non linear stripes are an interesting variations of traditionally linear stripes, creating a lesser formal and more casual look.

Our Marcella is coming from Switzerland, so is the truly authentic and best quality Marcella available. Tradiitionally used for the front of Ballroom Shirts, bow ties and cuffs, it can provide also otherwise design and garment construction options.

Featuring intricate fine stripes on a see through full elastic fabric base, 1280 Milano is probbaly the most subtle and understated of all DSI Striped fabrics.

We are pleased to introduce the newest fabric to our ever-expanding collection, the “Dotty” mesh. Featuring a four-way stretch and similar composition to our regular mesh, this subtle, understated and feminine fabric provides further creative design options. Produced in Germany, Dotty mesh is initially available in black and white.

Genova is a thinly striped, hence quite transparent, fabric for a sophisticated, sensual look. Available in White only, this is an intricate fabric, which epitomises style.
