We’re Hiring – Join Our Production Team in South London (Updated June 2026)

Full-time roles only. No part-time or remote work.
We are strengthening our in-house production team and are hiring for three key roles. All positions are based at our South London studio and require energy, speed, and a strong work ethic. A willingness to work overtime when needed is essential.
We are only looking for hands-on, capable people with the right attitude. If you're not serious about high standards and hard work, please do not apply.

1. Senior Couture Pattern Cutter
DSI London is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Couture Pattern Cutter to join our full-time production team at our South London studio.
This is not a remote freelance role. We are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys being fully involved in the complete couture production process, working closely with designers, machinists and fittings to help create exceptional garments from concept through to completion.
At DSI London, we believe the strongest products are created when talented people work together closely, communicate directly and remain actively involved throughout the making process.
This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in craftsmanship, enjoys responsibility and thrives within a creative and hands-on production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Creating high-quality couture patterns
• Working closely with designers and production teams
• Supporting machinists throughout the garment-making process
• Assisting with fittings and implementing fitting adjustments
• Helping oversee the development of garments from initial concept to finished product
• Responding to technical and production queries during manufacture
• Contributing towards the continuous improvement of fit, quality and production standards
We are particularly interested in individuals who enjoy seeing garments evolve through every stage of production rather than working in isolation from the finished result.
Our work includes Ballroom & Latin couture, stage costumes and performance wear for internationally recognised productions and clients, including projects connected with Moulin Rouge, Hamilton, the Royal Opera House, Hercules and major live productions.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of a passionate and highly creative production environment where craftsmanship, teamwork and excellence remain central to everything we do.

• Highly experienced in couture pattern cutting
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused
• Hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards
• Comfortable working closely within a team environment
• Passionate about garment construction and couture production
• Interested in contributing positively to the continued growth of the DSI London brand
Experience within Ballroom & Latin fashion, stage costume or performance wear would be highly advantageous.

This is a full-time, studio-based role only.
The position is based exclusively at:
DSI London, Unit 13 Progress Business Park, Progress Way, Croydon CR0 4XD

DSI London is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Couture Machinist to join our full-time production team at our South London studio.
This is a hands-on role within a creative and hardworking couture environment, producing Ballroom & Latin garments, stage costumes and performance wear for customers and productions worldwide.
We are looking for someone with excellent sewing skills who takes genuine pride in creating beautiful garments to the highest possible standard.
This is not mass production. Our garments are individually made, highly specialised and often created for important performances, productions and international events.
The successful candidate will work closely with pattern cutters, designers and fellow machinists as part of a dedicated production team, helping bring garments to life from concept through to completion.
At DSI London, we strongly believe the best garments are created when skilled people work closely together, communicate directly and remain actively involved throughout the production process.

The role includes:
• Constructing couture garments to a high standard
• Working closely with pattern cutters and designers
• Supporting fittings and garment adjustments where required
• Contributing towards the quality and finish of each garment
• Helping maintain high production and craftsmanship standards
• Working positively as part of a team environment
