Glenn has been part of the DSI family since the age of eight. “It’s been many years now, and I can’t imagine it any other way,” he says.
As the longest-standing DSI Elite Performer, Glenn has grown up on the dance floor, progressing through every stage of competitive Ballroom — from juvenile and junior, to youth, amateur, and now professional. His journey reflects not only his dedication and resilience, but also the passion and discipline that define him as a performer. Over the years, Glenn has become a role model for aspiring dancers, embodying the spirit of commitment and excellence that lies at the heart of DSI Elite.
Caroly joined the DSI family in 2016 when she began dancing with Glenn, and has been lighting up the floor ever since. Known for her striking presence and bold, unique designs, she brings flair, elegance, and creativity to every performance.
Having worked with Caroly for many years, we love pushing the boundaries with her looks — and every time, she dazzles. Her style and energy are a perfect reflection of her approach to dance: confident, passionate, and unforgettable.
Glenn and Caroly began dancing together in February 2016 and have built their partnership on a shared passion for excellence. As self-confessed perfectionists, they are united by a relentless work ethic and a genuine love for spending every possible moment on the dance floor. Their commitment to continual improvement has been at the heart of their journey from promising amateurs to leading professional competitors.
They train at the Bournemouth-based studio Nice n Easy, run by Glenn’s parents, the reigning British National Ballroom Champions, Warren and Kristi Boyce. Surrounded by experience and expertise from an early stage in their partnership, Glenn and Caroly developed a strong technical foundation alongside a distinctive performance style.
Representing England, they also maintain close ties to Estonia, where they both have family, travelling regularly to train and compete internationally. With a competition calendar that has seen them dancing almost every weekend, they have gained a wealth of experience across the UK and abroad. “We have so many favourite competitions,” they say, “but we love dancing at every event as they are all different and special in their own ways.”
In 2025, Glenn and Caroly made the exciting transition into the professional ranks — immediately making their mark by placing 4th in their debut at the UK Open. Since turning professional, their rise has been remarkable. They have gone on to become Professional National Champions and achieved an outstanding 3rd place at the International Championships, firmly establishing themselves as one of the most exciting and fast-rising couples on the professional circuit.
Their journey continues to be defined by ambition, discipline, and a shared belief that the best is yet to come.
