Charlie Jennings & Brooke Smith

Charlie has been dancing from a very young age, he used to be a street dancer before he started latin and ballroom dancing. His favourtie dance to perform is the Jive.   Outside of dancing, Charlie likes playing football with his friends and gaming.  

Brooke started dancing at 3 years of age at Shappelles Dance School in South Wales. Her favourite dance to perform is the Rumba.   Outside dancing Brooke likes being with her brothers and friends gaming, going on their scooters or bikes or going on day trips with her family.  Channel 5 made a documentary about which featured Brooke called “Meet the Experts”.      

How does it feel to be DSI Elite Performer?  Charlie: "I’m so happy and proud to be able to wear the DSI elite badge, DSI are the best I feel so proud to be able to represent such an amazing brand and work with such amazing people. I believe we are the only Welsh couple that are also sponsered by DSI which is extra special."     Brooke: "I’m very proud and so privileged to be sponsered by DSI as they make the best dresses. I wore DSI dresses from the age of 5 when I did my very first competition.  It’s also extra special for me as I’m following in the footsteps of my teachers Ella and Lloyd Perry who are also DSI Elite Performers.  It feels very special to be part of a elite group of dancers we love you you DSI xx"  

Charlie and Brooke started dancing together in 2022. They both train at the Shappelles Dance Studio.
