How Your DSI TV Personal Video Works
At DSI TV, our aim is simple:
To make ordering your Personal Videos as easy, flexible and enjoyable as possible.
Whether you are a competitor, parent, grandparent or teacher, this guide explains exactly what happens from the moment you place your order until your videos are ready to download.
Step 1 – Book Your Personal Videos
Complete our online Personal Video Order Form before the event.
Simply tell us:
• your event
• your dancer number (if known)
• how many Personal Videos you would like us to record.
At the time of booking, you pay a 50% deposit, securing your order.
Step 2 – We Record Your Performances
During the competition our videographers will make every reasonable effort to record your requested performances.
Where possible, we will also record additional dances to give you even greater choice after the event.
Although we always strive to capture every requested performance, competition schedules and circumstances beyond our control mean we cannot guarantee every recording.
Step 3 – We Prepare Your Videos
Following the event, our editors carefully prepare your recordings.
As soon as your videos are ready, we will contact you and invite you to complete the remaining balance payment.
Step 4 – Access Your Personal Video Library
Once your balance has been received, you will receive access to your own secure DSI TV Personal Video Library.
Here you can:
• Download all the Personal Videos included in your original order.
• View any additional performances we may also have recorded.
• Purchase extra videos at any time should you wish.
Our aim is to give you greater flexibility while making the whole process as simple as possible.
Step 5 – Download & Enjoy
Your Personal Videos are now ready to download and keep.
They provide a lasting record of your performances and are ideal for:
• Personal memories
• Sharing with family and friends
• Reviewing your dancing
• Working with your teacher
