Battle of the Ballroom Competition Rules:

 

1 Competition Format:

        • Sixteen couples will be randomly drawn to compete in eight head-to-head battles.

2 Random Dance Selection:

        • The dance for each battle will be chosen randomly.

        • Three individual judges will contribute 20% each to the overall result.

3 Judging Criteria:

        • Three individual judges will contribute 20% each to the overall result.
        • Audience votes will account for 40% of the total vote.

4 Winner Determination:

        •The winner of each battle, and thus the couple advancing to the next round, will be determined by a majority decision based on the combined judges' scores and audience votes.

5 Progression Through Rounds:

        • The competition format will repeat for the quarterfinal, semifinal, and final rounds, with winners advancing until a final winner is determined.
