How Long is the tour? - The tour lasts approximately 2 hours
Is there parking? – Saturdays yes, on the weekdays it is limited. Alternatively, there is a Lidl near us which allows up to 3 hours of free parking
Are there food facilities? – no, we suggest Valley Retail & Leisure Park 1 mile away, or we are very close by to Starbucks and the T K Maxx café on the Purely Way
Can we take pictures? - Yes in the showroom and stock rooms, not in the production rooms.
What’s the nearest mode of public transport? – Waddon Marsh Tram stop is only a 7 minute walk away, East Croydon is the nearest train station
What time does the tour start? - All online tours start at 2pm apart from private tours which will be discussed with a member of staff.
What time should we arrive? - Please arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your booking.
Is there disability access? – there are some sets of staircases within the building, we advise if you have limited mobility that this tour may not be suitable for you.
Can I refund, exchange or rebook my tickets? – we can not offer refunds due to the high volume of bookings, but we can postpone your booking to a later date if you are unable to make it.
What does the tour entail? - We offer a talk and a tour around the premises.
